Join us for Holiday Pet Photos, Joyeux Noel, and the Christmas Eve Procession
Yuletide in Taos continues to be a most magical season, with some of the city’s most popular holiday events occurring this month.
First, join the folks at John Dunn and Bent Street Shops on Saturday, December 9, for Santa Paws and Bonfires on Bent Street. Benefiting the Stray Hearts Animal Shelter, Santa will be there from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. to pose for photos with pets, along with animals available for adoption. From 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. there will be Aztec dancers, carolers, bonfires, hot beverages and snacks, and the lovely luminaria known as farolitos! For details, click here.
Next, Taos Chamber Music Group will present Joyeux Noel at the Arthur Bell Auditorium. Featuring virtuosos Gleb Ivanov on piano, flutist Nancy Laupheimer, and cellist Sally Guenther, the performance is at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 16th and Sunday, December 17th.
